Mushina is an ecstatic dance artist and ritual facilitator whose work weaves movement, music, and intention into deeply transformative experiences. Having journeyed across the world creating sacred spaces for ecstatic rituals, Mushina’s approach centers on connection, connection to self, to others, and to the living energy that moves through the body. Each offering is guided by a philosophy of love, presence, and energetic awareness.

Her sessions gently lead participants through a series of grounding and connection exercises, creating a sense of safety and trust before moving into expressive, soul-awakening dance. The journey unfolds organically, allowing energy to rise, release, and flow, before settling into a nourishing shavasana meditation that completes the ritual with integration and rest.
