Schirin Chams-Diba is a dance and healing practitioner whose work is rooted in Persian cultural heritage, feminine wisdom, movement, and holistic practice. Her path has drawn from classical Persian music and dance as well as yoga, tantra, and esoteric arts.
She developed a practice described as the Essence of the Feminine, bringing together yoga, dance, and healing arts with an emphasis on embodied wisdom, connection, and self-discovery. Her work has been shared internationally with women from diverse backgrounds.
Chams-Diba is also a founding member of the world music project Karavan Sarai and works as a naturopath, herbalist, and flower essence practitioner.
