A Celebration Under Sun & Rain
BUMI Festival 2026 was five unforgettable days of music, movement, healing, laughter, and connection — a gathering where people from different cultures and corners of the world came together to celebrate life in the heart of nature. From sun-filled afternoons and barefoot dancing to quiet moments beneath the trees, every day carried its own rhythm. This year’s journey was brought to life by an extraordinary community of artists, teachers, creators, volunteers, and guests, with unforgettable performances from Ajeet, Poranguí & Ashley, Franko Heke, Mushina, Nasiri, and Sina Bathaie, YAIMA, alongside J.Pool, Moskitto Bar, ROSE & HIVE, Rachael Fallon, Ashley Gilmore, and many more.
And then came the rain. On the closing Sunday, as the weather shifted, the community gathered closer beneath the shelter of the Earth Stage. What could have simply been a rainy festival evening became one of BUMI 2026’s most beautiful memories. With Ajeet and other artists filling the space with music, hundreds of people stayed, listened, sang, danced, and shared the moment together while the rain fell around us. There was something deeply human about it — no perfect conditions were needed; just music, presence, and each other.
BUMI 2026 reminded us that being in nature means welcoming it all — sunshine and rain, movement and stillness, celebration and reflection. What remained after those five days was more than a collection of performances: it was the feeling of having lived something together. To everyone who stepped onto a stage, offered a workshop, built the grounds, supported the festival, danced with us, or simply showed up with an open heart — thank you for becoming part of the story of BUMI 2026.
